I don't really understand what you mean. Could you explain in a more detailed way? eg. What happens in a situation turn to turn?

No

All haze does is ELIMINATE stat changes, not lowering them if they've been raised. Like if your foe uses nasty plot then you use haze, the foes special attack stat is technically not lowered. Hopefully this answers your question. Hope I helped!
