Silk Scarf and Adaptability on Porygon?

Does Silk Scarf cancel Adaptability or make normal type moves more powerful cause I have a Porygon-z on Pokemon Showdown.

Silk Scarf does not cancel Adaptability. It does indeed make Normal moves more powerful, which is what Adaptability does on Porygon-Z as well.

A move like Hyper Beam (which I don't recommend using) would have 150 2 1.2 = 360 base power.
