What happens if Shedinja uses endeavour?

I know it can't learn it, but what would happen? Would the opponent lose 1HP, or would their health go down to a total of 1HP?

In other words, does endeavour decreace the opponents HP by the percentage the user has left, or decreace it to the amount of HP the user has left?

Endeavor decreases the opponent's HP to match that of the user's HP. So Shedinja would lower a foe's HP to 1 HP.

OK thanks. But I'm not sure I can use shedinja for a fear strategy, since it can't even learn endeavour.
