Evasion Raising Moves and capture ?

If a Pokemon uses a move like double team or an evasion raising move would it decrease the chances of capture or have no effect ?

Answer 1

Simple answer: No.
If a Pokemon uses any kind of move that will raise any of it's stats it will not decrease your chance of capture.

I know from experience and common Pokemon knowledge, but if you want an actual source then I'll just give you a site a found with this info right here .
