Which 1 will get higher value for iv?white version?

Question

i went to the Pokemon judge and he say excellent/average/fair/fantastic for potential and ultimate/amazing/so-so/significant for power but I cant find those statment in a iv calculator so can somebody tell me which 1 will get a higher value and which 1 wll get a lower 1?thanks:D btw my english sucks

The IV calculator on Serebii is compatible with Black and White games. Use that to find out IVs for your Pokémon.

The order, from worst to best, is average, fair, excellent, and fantastic for IVs, and so-so, significant, amazing, and ultimate for EVs.
