Mega Kangaskhan Fake Out + Lucario Steadfast question?

In VGC, Mega Kangaskhan is common. So I've been wondering, if I were to have a Lucario with Steadfast, which would get hit by Parental Bond Fake Out, would it gain +1 or +2 from said Fake Out? +2 Speed Mega Lucario would be a monster.

pretty sure only +1 because its only flinching once

I would say only +1 for it speed stat because a Pokemon can only flinch once per turn
