How do I get vulpix with drought?

Okay, so ive been breeding a ninetales (male) with drought and the female having flas fire hoping it would come out with drought, however I didnt know at the time the female can only pass down the abilities. So, then I bred a ninetails that has the drought with ditto to try and possibly get a female vulpix with drought and then go from there. The only problem is they STILL keep coming out with flash fire, what am I doing wrong?? Thanks in advance everyone!

Drought is a hidden ability with Vulpix/Ninetales. It's very hard to hatch a hidden ability Pokemon if it's the male with the HA and a Ditto being bred (although I got one after just two eggs).

You just have to keep trying and trying until you get your Drought Vulpix. Hope this helped some :)
