I can't transfer my Genesect to X?

My Genesect in Pokemon Black 2 isn't being recognized by Pokemon bank as legit. I have so far had one other Pokemon with that problem, but I knew it wouldn't get through (my friend cheated to get it, came in a Master Ball, and blah blah obvious cheat). But my Genesect is legit. It's the level 15 event one. Its in a Cherish ball, its OT is Plasma, OT ID is 10072. It says it was a Wi-Fi gift, "Apparently had a fateful encounter at Lv15," knows Techno Blast, Magnet Bomb, SolarBeam, and Signal Beam, AND it has the Classic Ribbon. Everything about my Genesect matches the event Genesect listed here. So why won't Pokemon Bank recognise it as a legit Pokemon?

Pokebank generally has some...problems recognozing hacks from legits. For the most part it does what it's supposed to do, but sometimes it won't let legends pass. It's a pretty small chance and I guess you're one of the unlucky ones. I've heard of these cases before and there isn't much we can do about it. It's an anti-hack method that sometimes over does it.
