What are the chances for each hit, like 2 is so-and-so percent, and so on.

Answer 1

For moves that hit 2-5 times in a row, the chances are now

• 1/3 for 2 times
• 1/3 for 3 times
• 1/6 for 4 times
• 1/6 for 5 times

Prior to Gen 5 they were

• 3/8 for 2 times
• 3/8 for 3 times
• 1/8 for 4 times
• 1/8 for 5 times

However, if the Pokemon has the ability Skill Link, these moves will always hit five times in a row
