Which body parts are best for rubbing on amie?

is there any list yet as to just which parts are better/worse for rubbing on each Pokemon (all I've worked out so far is that heliolisk loves his frill rubbed)

I believe it is different for every Pokemon. The easiest way to tell is when you rub them, their eyes will close, when you rub the spot [or spots] they like the most, their eyes would shut really tight, because they really like to be rubbed in that particular spot.

that's not strictly true: only some Pokémon do that. Nidoqueen opens her mouth, amongst others
