Say I give someone Mummy and switch out.

Will the Pokemon affected with Mummy give Mummy to the Pokemon I switch into if I hit him? To me it'd make sense since he has that kind of "mummy virus" if you want to call it that.

Another example:

I send out Cofagrigus and the opponent hits me.
I switch out Cofagrigus as the opponent gets Mummy.
I send out Nidoking and hit the opponent.
Will the opponent give Mummy to Nidoking?

Yes, Mummy spreads, even from a Pokemon that did not originally have Mummy as an Ability, because its Ability is temporarily changed. Nidoking would have a possibility of being afflicted with Mummy.
