So, basically, you would be getting two Pokemon with Nincada's IVs, EVs, and Nature? Or would Shedinja not have Nincada's EVs, IVs, moveset, or Nature since it's technically a different Pokemon?

"Shedinja inherits the same personality value, IVs, EVs, OT and ID number as the Nincada that shed it. Among other things, due to retaining personality value, if the Nincada was Shiny, Shedinja will be Shiny as well."

A shiny Baton Passer and a shiny worthless.
Wow. Such good.
And he just quoted it :P It doesn't show as edited due to Dan editing it in close proximity to the time he first posted.
Lol, it's not a problem that he didn't put quotations. He put the source. He didn't claim it as his information.
but you will only get the shiny shedinja if you owned the nincada
P.Vs along with the trainer name id and secret id determine shininess
No, the shedinja actually inherits the same stuff as the ninjask which evolved from shedinja. From experience
For those that don't know, before generation five if you evolve nincada at a level ninjask will learn a new move and let ninjask learn that move, then shedinja will have it as well along with the other moves nincada had/ninjask didn't forget if you had 4 moves already. This lets you give shedinja any level up moves that ninjask would learn at one level.
