Hacked pokés for pokebank?

Question

just wondering before pokébank comes out in Eshop, I think in my black and white 2 I was traded a few hacks just by the abilities they have, I also heard if you have hackmons its can do something to X/Y but I'm not sure, but back to the question, would pokebank alow hackmons to pass through?

PokeBank is gonna have an incredibly strong detector that will easily detect any hacked Pokemon. Like the GTS but apparently it's a lot stronger. So a hacked ability will easily fail to get through the PokeBank's detector.
