DNA Splitter in X & Y?

Question

I just got my Japanese Reshiram from trade, and I'm thinking of getting Kyurem too. BUT, if you recall one of the Pokémon Bank screenshots, there was a Trainer who would recognize Kyurem. I'm thinking that if you showed that trainer Kyurem, you would obtain the DNA Splitters for both Black Kyurem and White Kyruem forms. If this is true, let me know below. Thanks!

In the north-westernmost house in Kiloude City, you will find this Punk Girl who dreams of seeing a Kyurem. If you show her one, she will give you the special DNA Splicers item. This item is a key item that can fuse Kyurem with either Zekrom or Reshiram to create Black Kyurem or White Kyurem respectively.
