Which Eeveelutions override one another?

Question

Say I level up an Eevee near the Icy Rock, it has 2+ Affection in Pokemon Amie and knows a fairy type move, and is at 220+ happiness at daytime.

What Eeveelution would it evolve into?

Would it evolve into Glaceon due to me leveling it up by the Icy Rock,
Would it evolve into Sylveon due to the 2+ Affection in Pokemon Amie and a fairy type move,
or Would it evolve into Espeon due to the 220+ happiness during daytime?

Lefteon and Glaceon override Espeon, Umbreon and Sylveon.

"If an Eevee is leveled up in an area containing a Moss Rock, it will evolve into Leafeon. Even if Eevee has reached other evolutionary conditions, the Moss Rock will still cause it to evolve into Leafeon rather than Espeon, Umbreon, or Sylveon."

This is on Eevee's Bulbapedia Page. It evolves into one of eight different Pokémon through various methods:

Espeon when leveled up with high friendship during the daytime, including morning (Generation II onward, excludes areas with a Moss Rock or Ice Rock.)

Umbreon when leveled up with high friendship during the nighttime (Generation II onward, excludes areas with a Moss Rock or Ice Rock).

Sylveon when leveled up with a Fairy-type move and 2 Affection hearts in Pokémon-Amie (Generation VI onward, excludes areas with a Moss Rock or Ice Rock).

As for Espeon/ Umbreon or Sylveon,

Sylveon gets priority so Eevee would evolve into a Sylveon instead of a Espeon/ Umbreon.

If your Eevee has + 2 Affection in Pokemon Amie, a Fairy Type Move and 220 + Happiness During the Daytime/ Nighttime you would need Eevee to Forget the Fairy Type Move in order for it to evolve into Espeon/ Umbreon.

'Kay, got the answer. :P

Priority order:

1. Sylveon (Affection + Fairy Move + Level Up)
2. Leafeon/Glaceon (Icy/Moss Rock + Level Up)
3. Espeon/Umbreon (Friendship + Day/Night + Level Up)

It seems to be in order of how hard it is for it to evolve.
Sylveon seems pretty obvious as it is.
Leafeon and Glaceon need to be in a specific place in order to evolve, and Espeon and Umbreon can only evolve at a rather broad time of the day, any where, which is quite easy.

I also notice that the more recently they were introduced, the more priority they get. Probably because Game Freak were trying their best to find new ways to evolve these Pokemon. They've gotten harder over the years. :P
