hi I breed a 5iv scizor but with ivs in sp attack instead of hp is it still usable

Um... of course it's usable.

If you have another Pokemon with perfect IVs in HP that can viably breed with Scizor, put them in the daycare and let any of the parents hold the Destiny Knot. Then, there is a chance that the resulting offspring could be a Scyther with perfect IVs in HP.

From a competitive standpoint, the HP IVs are pretty critical. Scizor is a bulky attacker 90% of the time, so it's HP and Defenses help it a ton. If you are planning on using it competitively, re-breed for one with HP.

If you aren't using it competitively or just battling really casually, just use it. It has the attack, special defense, and defense IVs which are 3 or the 4 IVs it will need.
