What is the lowest and highest VALUE in a stat any Pokemon can have? (As of X & Y)?

Question

For example, Shedinja has the lowest HP stat value with 1, and Floatzel has the hugest speed stat value at 8664 with 31 IVs, 252 EVs, Swift Swim, Choice Scarf, and counting +6 Speed Boosts by Agility or a similar move.

Please give a list with the lowest and highest values for each stat.
Remember, not base stats, but values in each stat.

Pretty sure Mega Mawile has the highest attack stat. Its maximum attack is 339 + Huge Power= 678. 678 + 3 Sword Dances= 4,068
Not sure if the numbers are right though :P

Highest special attack-Charizard with modest nature 252SpAtk 31iv(348) with the ability solar power in the sun which equals 348x1.5=522, holding choice specs which then 522x1.5=783, then ancient power boosts up to +4 which then 783x4=3132
Highest Attack: Shuckle. Impish nature, 252Def 31 iv(614), use power trick(attack stat is now 614) if it is holding a life orb then 614x30%=798.2 THEN, use shell smash(notice that stat boosts and reductions will not apply if you use those boosting moves PRIOR to using power trick but it never says it wont work after using power trick) which equals 798.2x4=3192.8 rounded to 3192
