My coin toss app is not appearing on the bottom screen,why?

I just recieved it from a man in the north east bungalow but its not appearing,i'm playing Pokemon platinum on my drastic ds emulator

Probably because your playing on a DS emulator. Plenty of things can go wrong with an emulator, hence your problem. Since the Coin Toss app isn't very compulsory throughout, I wouldn't worry.

That problem happened to me too except my map wasn't appearing after I beat the pokemon league.( the map that you get to see where pokemon such as mesprint are)
