How do I obtain TM 56 Fling in Pokemon X and Y?

I know it's it the Southern Half of the lost hotel, but I don't know how to get it, could someone please explain how to get it? Thanks!

You get it from a Roller Skater. Go left once you enter the Lost Hotel on Route 16 and talk to the Roller Skater at the end.
