Which starter has increased stats in Each Game?

I know that in Blue, Blastoise is made stronger and in Red, Charizard is made Stronger. But what about gold/silver/crystal? Which starter has risen stats in each game of each generation. I would like to know.

That's wrong, Blastoise is the same strength in both Red and Blue and other games. All pokemon are the same in alternate games of the same generation.

But the best starters in each generation are these:
Gen I: Charizard (534 total)
Gen II: Typhlosion (534 total)
Gen III: Swampert (535 total)
Gen IV: Infernape (534 total)
