How can you wake up the Snorlax in Pokemon Village in Pokemon X?

In Pokemon X, if you didn't catch the Snorlax sleeping on the bridge, it goes to Pokemon Village. So how can you wake it up in Pokemon Village?

The Snorlax in Pokemon Village can't be woken up, and it isn't the same Snorlax from the bridge. In fact, since it's the only Snorlax in the game, if you ran from it, it will appear a month later in the same place until you catch it. This was found out from personal experience.
