What's a good wall with these moves?

Question

I want to have a wall with at lease 2 of these moves (below) for a double/ triple battle. Please include all the stats that would be included in a move-set answer.

I think Latias will do nicely. Even though it is not a dedicated wall, It has plenty of bulk and speed to make a nice supporter.

Blissey can make a pretty good defensive wall with the moves you asked. It learns Heal Pulse and Bestow upon Level Up, Toxic and Safeguard via TM, and Helping Hand or Heal Bell as egg moves. Here is what I would use:
