How do you get farther in Mt. Mortar?

I can only get to f1-2 of Mt. Mortar and I can't go on the sea to surf or to use waterfall.Please help me, thank you.

You need to go to the mahogany entrance and go north using surf.
Then, conquer the maze in floor 2.
Then, follow the stairs to the left.
If you beat karate king, he will give you a tyrogue - lv.10
