So if a normal Banette uses say destiny bond , but he is holding a mega stone, so does destiny bond have a +1 priority?
No, to have the ability prankster, the banette must be mega evolved. So non damaging moves will not have priority if the banette is just holding the mega stone. It has to actually be mega evolved.
