Should I do SRing for a female Kanto starter on X and Y?

I just want to know if it's difficult to breed for a better Charizard later... Oh, and I'd love to know if it's worth it to do it for good IVs too.

You can always breed with Ditto, so it isn't necessary to SR for a female. You can also get a Ditto with good IVs later on that you can pass down, so it isn't really necessary to SR, unless you want to begin your journey with a top percentage Pokemon.
