Does Helping Hand increase the BP of Natural Gift?

Will Helping Hand give a 150% boost to the berry attack used by Natural Gift, or are those BP values locked in?

You can treat Nature Power as a normal attack after the Berry is consumed. This essentially gives the move a type and base power like any other move. So, this BP can be modified just like any other move can: with stat changes, stabs, abilities, and moves like Helping Hand.
