Is Land's Wrath Zygarde's signature move?

The only Pokemon that seems to learn the move is Zygarde, so is it exclusive to that Pokemon?

i think its lower power then earthquake is because it doesn't hit your teammate when you use like earthquake does

Yes I have Zygarde and I'm sure it's only his move, as all previous Pokemon's signature moves have STAB and Zygarde is part ground type. Its not a good one though, like Kyurem's.
