I want my Bisharp (Blade) to know the move psycho cut, but I can't find it in the Unova reigon. If anyone can help, tell me where I can find it, please. Thank you.
There is no TM for the move Psycho Cut. But you can teach a Bisharp the move by breeding, other than that, there is no other way for it to learn it.
The move psycho cut is not a tm in black/white.
The only way to teach a bisharp psycho cut is to breed a female bisharp or pawniard with a male alakazam or kadabra that knows psycho cut and then the egg will have a pawniard that knows psycho cut. Just evolve it and you will have a bisharp with psycho cut.
