Can any Pokemon you receive from an ingame trade in X and Y be shiny?

Question

You know the Ralts, Starter(the one weak to yours) and other trades. Can they be shiny or is it set.

They are set so that they are not shiny. It is impossible to get a shiny Pokemon from in-game trades.

This is the way that it has been every generation in terms of in-game trades. The Pokemon's values and data are pre-set within the game.
