Where's the hidden door the Lysandre Labs?

One of the Team Flare Grunts that are dressed as a waiter in the Lysandre café says "At this rate, she'll figure out there's a hidden door to Lysandre Labs!" Where is the hidden door?

Go to the left side of the bookcase and click A. Then a message will come up and you will speak the password. A door will then open.

i was saying on the left hand side. Meaning the front of the bookcase but on the left side
