But in all seriousness, I seriously doubt Gamefreak intended for anything like that to happen.
Seeing Kakuna with a tie and Psyduck with a beak of an asian ghost (I couldn't see that one o.o) is a matter of perception, and probably doesn't occur to some people. Like I never actually noticed the Kakuna one until you pointed it out and I still don't recognise the Asian Ghost one haha. (All I can infer from it is are the slits eyes? ._. Yush I'm stereotyping asians now)
BTW Psyduck's beak is drawn off a Platypus beak I think ;-;
Additionally, no offense, but the Asian thingy seems kinda racist. Gamefreak tends to attempt to avoid racial stuff, with the last example I can recall apparently being Jynx, which later had a sprite change because of that. And Kakuna makes no sense having a tie... since when did bug Pokemon where ties o_O
Anyway, you can go search any Pokemon site and there won't be any trivia relating to what you noticed :P (I already did a quick check xD)
