I would go with Unnerve.
This because I think that Rivalry is a particularly bad ability because, while it does increase your damage to Pokemon of the same gender by 25%, it also DECREASES your damage against the opposite gender by 25%. This makes it extremely situational, and I personally don't like an ability that might decrease my damage output.
