Does ash and friends see that giant Pokemon again?

In E13 in S1 of the kanto region Mystery at the lighthouse, ash and friends see a giant Pokemon in the water that looked like a dragonite, but team rocket scared it off. Do they see it again?

Nope.
Every now and again they see a giant Pokemon. That Dragonite is one, but they see giant Tetacruel, Claydol, Gengar, etc. in various episodes. To the best of my knowledge none of these giant Pokemon are ever seen again. They are simply one offs.

They might've been an earlier version of Dynamax and Gigantamax pokeomon. Maybe they were planning to make gen 8 games sooner but the scrapped it?
