First you teach mime Jr Mimic the get it up a few levles and it should evolv and if it does not evolv kepp getting it up levles until it dose

No, To evolve Mime Jr. You Must Teach it Mimic. If you don't, then he wont evolve. It's up to you to decide to evolve it or not.
