I think everyone here knows what a wall is, but in case you don't, a wall is a Pokemon that such high defenses that any it's nearly untouchable ( on its side, for example, blissey is on the special side). Provide the EVs, movesets, and what it is capable of walling. There are always going to be wall breakers, so as long as you are creative in making the wall, I'm fine with it. Any tier is welcome, and answer as many times as you want.

Well a thread is my favorite type of "question" and since it is about bulk, I decided to answer :D

Cofagrigus @ Leftovers

enter image description here
Trait: Mummy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature

  • Will-O-Wisp
  • Shadow Ball
  • Pain Split
  • Haze

Once the King of Egypt, he has reincarnated as the King of the ghastly Walls as no one dares using a physical attack against him unless you are completely sure you have boosted till the ultimate level....even then, you are probably not taking him down with one hit anyways. This guy is as good as untouchable on his physical side as a base 145 Defense stat is most definitely not a laughing matter. As if that wasn't good enough they graced him with a nice base 105 base Special defense and a base 95 SpAtk. However it's base HP is it's less great trait as if it wasn't for its stellar defenses, he could just as well go lay down in his sarcophagus. It can pretty much wall any Pokemon in it's respective tier UU, however it can fall to the most bulky or the most overpowered Pokemon such as a Choice speced Rotom-H or bulky boosters such as Togekiss, Meloetta etc.. However, this does not stop him from working as an excellent wall:

  • Xatu: The only thing this bird can do is bounce back Will-O-Wisp and with luck slowly ware it down with Shadow ball...that is it. It will most likely get 2HKO-3HKO'd by a few STAB Shadow balls

  • Heracross: This monstrous bug! Can do nothing great against Cofagrigus other then spam STAB Megahorns that still have a vast chance to not hit and will get outsalled by it. But should you use Will-O-Wsip on a guts variant, it should be your downfal

  • Virizion: Another Victim of Cofagrigus. It can be a little hard to take down with Shadow ball due to it's rather outstanding Special Defense, but that is what we have Will-O-Wisp for

  • Mienshao: Mienshao should be Cofagrigus' prime victim as none of it's move will be doing close to any damage against this stellar wall. Besides that, if Cofagrigus would switch into a predicted Hi Jump Kick, Mienshao too will easily fall

  • .... (there are many more that it can wall, but these few should be its greatest victims)

*Will-O-Wisp will cripple any physical sweeper that isn't called Guts Heracross or Shed Skin Scrafty. It is practically force out and or render pretty almost any physical sweeper completely useless and physical moves will hit like a breeze. Shadow Ball is your only STAB and the move that will help you ware down Pokemon along with Will-O-Wisp. Pain Split is your only recovery move really whiles it can also function as an offensive move as not many canafford being worn down. With it's low HP, this can become pretty handy. Haze is that move that will make Suicune cry as it relies on the Calm Mind boost almost 90% of the time. Other Pokemon will also be rendered completely useless after it. It's 2 prime threats will also have difficulties setting up on it*

Umbreon @ Leftovers

enter image description here
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature

  • Wish
  • Foul Play
  • Heal Bell
  • Protect

Umbreon is that Pokemon that everyone has bashed their head on. Whi is this? 95/110/130 bulk. Nothing gets passed that as unless you are boosted in offense and carry a supereffective move, you can come back another day to try and OHKO on the first turn. However if you are a Choice banded Techician Scizor, you can take him down along with some other Pokemon that may succeed this gargantuan task, if not...good luck. If you want to know what it can wall, the answer is pretty simple. It can pretty much wall every Pokemon barring Pokemon that set-up on it for a physical supereffective move, however they too must be wary as everytime their attack stat goes up, their HP will go down once struck by Foul Play. The fact that it has Wish is what makes everything the worse as Wish and Protect and you can start all over agin trying to bring him down. Crippling him is at your won cost as it Synchronize right back to you whiles it can free itself and it's teammates from any status ailment with the skull bashing move, Heal bell

  • Suicune: Although Umbreon can't harm Suicune in anyway, Suicune can't do much back either as even at 4X Special Attack...it's scald will not bring Umbreon's HP down to even half whiles Umbreon can use Wish and Protect until Scald's PP is outstalled

  • Although Mismagius doesn't have a great Attack stat, Foul Play will make quick work of it as it has nothing to hit it hard with Barring Hidden Power Fighting which will not be doing anything

  • Umbreon eats Azelf for Breakfast, nothing else to say(only after you are able to taunt the taunt though) However if you use the rare Mental herb...bye-bye Azelf

  • As I mentioned earlier, you must have boosted up your attack and hit with a supereffective move before you can take down Umbreon. Or taunt it. For the rest, good luck taking him down

Lugia @ Leftovers

enter image description here
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD
Bold Nature

  • Roost
  • Dragon Tail
  • Ice Beam
  • Toxic

Of all the walls, Lugia is the greatest..Why is this? 106/130/154 set bulk. There is no other Pokemon that rivals such outstanding bulk. Nicknamed the Great Wall for an obvious reason, Lugia will be walling anything now that it has been graced with the ability in Multiscale. If you would want to give your opponent the 5-7 worst turns of his life, you could always set up the Dual Screens that will make Lugia invincible Now you may want to know, is there a Pokemon that can stop break him? Well yes, there are a few such as Nastyl Plot life Orb Darkrai and Choice Specs Ice beam White-Kyurem but they will most definitely not be OHKOing him in one turn Set up the Dual Screens and they will with luck take off 30% of his health. If you really want to have a list of what he walls, I will give it to you:

There is no Pokemon anywhere in this galaxy that can get passed this wall with out some boosts. However to prevent them from boosting up their stats, we have Dragon Tail. With this move there is now officially no Pokemon that can bring him down except from Tao Trio who will be needing a lot of help and support to even come close to denting Lugia. Roost is that move that actually makes Lugia The Great Wall as it will enable it to wall with out seeing no end....unless you run out of PP. It will also help you outstall any victim of Toxic whiles you just roost of all the damage. Ice Beam is for a little offensive presence and will help you make quick work of Rayquaza and friends :>

Blissey @ Leftovers

enter image description here
Trait: Natural Cure

EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP

Calm Nature

  • Wish
  • Softboiled / Protect
  • Seismic Toss / Heal Bell
  • Toxic / Thunder Wave

Blissey; the premier Special wall in the OverUsed tier. Blissey has the capability of sponging any Special Attack, weak or strong, and heal it off with ease.
Wish is to support this evil pink blob's teammates by keeping them healthy, ready to wall or sweep the opponent's team. The next slot has 2 options; Softboiled if you don't want to wait a turn to recover, or Protect to safely receive Wishes. The third move should be either Seismic Toss to deal a steady 100 HP damage, or Heal Bell to keep your team free of troublesome status if you have a plan for Taunt users. The last option is Toxic or Thunder Wave. Toxic can slowly ware down your foe, while Thunder Wave slows down speedy Pokemon who would give your frail sweepers a hard time.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers

enter image description here
Trait: Iron Barbs

EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef

Relaxed / Impish Nature

  • Leech Seed
  • Thunder Wave / Protect
  • Power Whip / Gyro Ball
  • Stealth Rock / Spikes

The spiky metal grass thing called Ferrothorn is a staple on almost all balanced OU teams due to it's ability to spread status and set up hazards for the team, securing more KOs for the sweepers.
Leech Seed is what helps keeps Ferro alive longer and wears down any Pokemon who can't do much to it. And it is so evil to use it on predicted switches :3. Thunder Wave has the ability to help sweeps occur much easier by slowing down fast Pokes who would stop fragile sweepers in their tracks. Protect is an alternate if you want to get a little bit trolly :D. Power Whip and Gyro Ball is your choice of a STAB attack, it just comes down to personal preference here. Note that Impish is better than Relaxed with Power Whip so you can outrun Relaxed variants. Stealth Rock is your basic entry hazard to help sweepers get more KOs, but if you already have that in your team, Spikes is by far more helpful to give foes a huge punishment for switching in and out.

Well, I Guess I'll Take NU :3

There are Really Six Main Walls In NU Each With their Own Merits: The're are Alomomola & Tangela, These Two Are The Bulky Defencive Walls. Then You Have Your Lickilicky Who Can Absorb Both Physichal & Special Hits, Musharna & Regice with Insane Special Defense & Mandibuzz Who Canm Take Physical Hits aswell as Special Hits. Welp Lets get Started :D

Tangela

Tangela

[Yes I'm Using That Image Again :P]

Tangela @ Eviolite
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power [Rock]

I Use Tangela WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much :3 and for a Good reason, With Access To Leech Seed and Giga Drain for Healing It doesn't a Leftovers, the move sleep powder is Great to use when You Don't Know what Your Opponent is Going to switch into and then You Get a free switch :D It Has A Great ability Regenerator, Meaning You Regain HP Every Time you switch :D So when U Put a Foe to sleep You can double switch Out and Be Back at Full Health :D [Maybe]. This Thing is Easily Stopped Though, it has a Measly 45 Special Defense so a quick Ice Beam Or Flamethrower will do the Trick.

Alomomola

Alomomola

Alomomola @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Protect
- Wish
- Toxic
- Waterfall

Don't Be fooled By the Pink this Thing is Pure Evil....
My Set is Probably Not the best Set Out There but thats because I Don't use thing Much, I have however had the displeasure of facing it in Battle many many times.... With its Great Hp Stat It's Wish will Heal Up Any Ally to Almost their Max Hp, Allowing a safe switch in and Making Up for Entry Hazards Damage. Waterfall is STAB, Txic is Obvious and Protect on this thing is Just Cruel.... It Also gets Regenerator meaning when You Are using Wish for a safe switch Both You And The Ally who Gets The Benefits of the wish are Regaining HP. This is Probably The Hardest Of The Walls To Take out, A Few Powerful [special] Electric or Grass attacks Should do the trick.

Mandibuzz

Mandibuzz

Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overcoat
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Protect
- Knock Off / Dark Pulse
- Roost

I KNow That I Said Mandibuzz Could Tank Both Physichal and Special attacks. While that Is True it works Better As A Physichal Wall.

Same thing as with Alomomola I Don't Use This Thing Much so there are Probably Better Sets Out there. Toxic and Protect are For Whittling Away At The Foe, Knock Off is there to stop Lefties, Roost Is To Heal, You Could also Run Dark Pulse If you want an Attacking move. This Thing is Stopped In Its Tracks By a Taunt.

Musharna

Musharna

Musharna @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Heal Bell
- Moonlight
- Psychic
- Thunder Wave / Toxic

Musharna Is Such a Great Pokémon I Can't Believe It's NU! Heal Bell IS obviously there To Stop Toxic from Destroying this thing, Psychic is Your STAB And its Incase your Taunted Moonlight Heals You Right Up, I Prefer To Run T-Wave Over Toxic because it gets Synchronize. If I can Predict a Toxic I can switch in This And Poison the Foe! Then I Can Heal bell and Moonlight Until it Dies of its Own Poisoning. A Good Powerful Crunch or Taunt Will render this Useless

Regice

Regice

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 4 SAtk / 252 HP / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Rest

This Pokemon is Often Overlooked because it has crappy Defencive Typing, But Its Sp.Defence bar Almost touches the Box, yes, It's That High... see:

Stats

A Max Special Defense Stat of 548 Makes it quite the special Wall, I don't think I'll Ever Use it because of the typing. Although 100 Base Defense and 80 Base HP aren't too shabby, I don't think I'm Gonna use it it with them damn Sawk Running around >.<
This guy can be stoppped easily with a superpower or CCbat

This is Another Pokemon Who I don't know a good set for, There are almost definitely better Sets out there.

last But Not Least Lickilicky

Lickilicky

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Trait: Own Tempo
EVs: 172 HP / 168 Def / 168 SDef
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Toxic
- Dragon Tail / Body Slam / Return

Am I getting repetitive? this Pokémon has alot of Versatility in its Moves. I Gave it a Mixed Wall spread But You Can Give it Either Physichaly or Specially Defensive EVs toxic Wish and Heal bell are standard Staller / Wall Moves. Body Slam & Return are For STAB Dragon Tail is For Phasing, If U Have Hazards Up I Would choose Dragon Tail. You Could also Run Body Slam Over Toxic for Paralysis over Poison and then Dragon Tail In the last Spot, This Thing doesn't want to take a Superpower or Close Combat.

Well Thats About It... Please excuse My Spelling : P

Gastrodon

Gastrodon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 144 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

  • Scald
  • Earth Power
  • Stockpile
  • Recover

Modest Nature to power up his Sp. Atk. Storm Drain allows him to switch into Water moves and absorb it completely while at the same time getting an Sp. Atk boost from it.

With Typing and Ability, he is immune to Water & Electric.

Scald is STAB and has a 30% chance of FYEYAH, which would bulk him up on the Physical side. Earth Power is also STAB and has a chance of lowering Sp. Def., increasing it's and Scald's power. Stockpile helps turn him into a Wall, letting him take most anything except a Grass-Type move. Recover to get back and HP lost while Stokpiling.

Weezing

Weezing (M) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

  • Will-O-Wisp
  • Sludge Wave
  • Haze
  • Flamethrower

Black Sludge just in case of Trick users. Heal just like Leftovers though. Levitate gets rid of 1 of his 2 weaknesses. Max HP & Def and a + nature for max physical bulk.

Will-O- Wisp bulks him up on the Phisical side EVEN MORE!! Sludge Wave is STAB. Haze resets all the enemy's risen stats to zero. Flamethrower is there for the Steel-Types Sludge Wave can't hit.

Cresselia

Cresselia (F) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

  • Moonlight
  • Ice Beam
  • Psychic
  • Psycho Shift

Modest to give a boost to it's Sp. Atk. Max Hp because she will need it. Flame Orb will be explained later.

Moonlight is for recovery. Ice Beam is there for coverage fro dragons & plant life & birds. OH MY!! Psychic is STAB with that 10% Sp. Def. drop lurking in the shadows.

When the Flame Orb activates, it will burn Cresselia. She will then use Psycho Shift to pass that Burn onto the enemy. Being burned also protects her from the more horrible badly poisoned and paralysis. You might not see this everyday, but hey.

Alright people today were gonna have some physical walls, special walls and what not so read with care and have fun

Physical Walls:

These Pokemon are designed to stomach physical hits, but they can stomach special hits as well in some cases:

enter image description here

Gliscor@Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP 236 Def 20 Spd
Nature: Impish
-Earthquake
-Taunt/Toxic
-Roost/Ice Fang/U-turn
-Protect/Roost/Toxic

If you could not see there's a lot of options here for our Bat/Sky Scorpion straight from the nightmares of the cartoon world, paradoxically of both the earth and sky. Earthquake is a must to prevent it from being Taunt bait. Speaking of which, Taunt is great at preventing set up sweepers from, well, setting up a sweep, and disabling walls, with Toxic providing another method of wall crippling in addition to status. Are you finding Gliscor's ridiculous level of free recovery (1/8 per turn) with Poison Heal and Toxic not enough? Throw on Roost to make in near unbreakable. Ice Fang and U-turn are both nice secondary attacks, with the former having great coverage with Earthquake as it hits a good amount of flying and levitating threats supereffectively, and the latter facilitating switches. Protect may be used to scout and add on Poison Heal recovery

  • Terrakion: Arguably the most powerful, fearsome physically oriented sweeper in all of Ou, it is outright hilarious to watch it face a Gliscor. In addition to resisting Close Combat, X-scissor and Earthquake, Gliscor's outstanding defense means Stone Edge won't do anything a little poison heal recovery can't handle. Taunt prevents rock polish/swords dance, so Terrakion won't be able to do much of anything while Gliscor mows it down with Earthquake

  • Landorus-T : Hyperoffensive varieties of Landorus-T, increasingly popular with Landorus-I's banning, won't do jack against Gliscor without HP Ice, while gliscor can prevent setup with taunt or hurt it with ice fang. More defense oriented varieties are also handled well with taunt.

  • Conkeldurr : Noticing a trend? Powerful physical attackers are well handled by Gliscor. STAB and Payback won't do much, but Ice Punch can leave a decent dent

  • Toxicroak : Similar to conkeldurr, Gliscor can absolutely wall any physical toxicroak lacking ice punch, and even ones with ice punch must trend carefully thanks to Earthquake

  • Scizor : Scizor's rather limited movepool and Gliscor's resistance to Bug and Fighting means that Scizor can't do much to Gliscor, and Taunt can stop swords dance

  • Breloom : And whose the winner of that can't do jack squat against Gliscor contest? Breloom thats who. Breloom's more powerful weapon, Spore, is blocked once Poison Heal is activated, and Taunt can prevent Swords Dance. Bullet Seed is left as the sole option, but Gliscor can stomach it, and proceed to stall it out with toxic and roost, or hit hard with ice fang.

As one can see, Gliscor can take practically any physical attacker head-on. What's the reason Gliscor isn't on every team you ask? It is not adept at all at taking special hits, meaning that most special attacks from offensive Pokemon will leave a good dent, and it has weaknesses to the omnipresent water and ice, meaning the highly common threats such as Politoed and Rotom-W can breeze right by it. Add on the fact that most of the metagame it is meant to wall can potentially counter it with ice coverage and that it faces competition in its typing from Landorus-T, Gliscor can have a tough time. But don't get me wrong. Ludicrously reliable recovery, combined with an ability to outright stop common physical threats make Gliscor a great physical wall to consider

Skarmory@Leftovers/Shed Shell
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP 232 Def 24 Spd
Nature: Impish
-Roost
-Brave Bird/Drill Peck/Taunt
-Spikes/Stealth Rock
-Whirlwind

Ever since the second generation, Skarmory has set the standard for physical walling. This is for two reasons: Base 140 def and a great defensive typing in Steel and Flying. Steel is notorious for its defensive prowess, and Flying covers Ground and Fighting nicely, leaving Skarmory with nine resistances and two immunities. Its two weaknesses, electric and fire, are not common physical types, and can be handled easily by a dragon partner such as Latias. Roost is the required recovery move, and is very reliable. Just watch out when facing slower opponents such as Conkeldurr, as it gains a weakness to ground and fighting when roost is used. Brave Bird and Drill Peck provide STAB, with Drill Peck being recoil free and Brave Bird providing power. Taunt may be also used to ruin opposing support Pokemon and hinder set up sweepers. Spikes and Stealth Rock both are good entry hazards, and although Spikes is somewhat preferable in my opinion, they are both good choices. Finally, Whirlwind is good for stopping the opponent from sweeping and racking up hazard damage.

  • Breloom : With a 4x resistance to grass and a 4x supereffective STAB against it, Skarmory performs well against Breloom. Just avoid spore.

  • Conkeldurr : Most people forget about skarmory, carrying ice, rock or dark coverage on their fighting types instead of electric or fire, and this is the case for Conkeldurr, so Skarmory typically can handle the conkel carney. As said above, watchout for Drain Punch when roost is used.

  • Landorus-T : Landorus typically lacks the special coverage it requires to bypass Skarmory, and can't hit it effectively thanks to Skarmory's immunity to Earthquake and neutrality to Stone Edge and Super Power. Typically it'll just U-turn out.

  • Garchomp : Any Garchomp lacking Fire Blast will have great issue bypassing Skarmory, as it takes little to nothing from its STABs, and can even stomach a supeffective Fire Fang with relative ease.

  • Terrakion : Although it lacks resistance to Terrakion's STABs, Skarmory can take on Terrakion thanks to Sturdy and its great defense.

  • Scizor : Skarmory resistance to both of Scizor's STABs and neutrality to Superpower means Scizor can do little against the flying fortress.

Shed Shell may seem like an odd item, but there is one Pokemon that Skarmory absolutely can not handle, and its name is Magnezone. Shed Shell allows it to escape from the Zone's magnetic pull, but typically leftovers is preferable. It should be noted that Skarmory is probably the best sweeper stopper there is, thanks to Sturdy, which guarantees it'll survive one direct hit, and Whirlwind, which forces the opponent out. Skarmory does have its flaws however. Skarmory is rather poor on the specially defensive side, meaning that powerful special opponents such as Rotom-W and Heatran will typically bring it down to Sturdy, and even some non-supereffective special hits will leave a severe dent. But then again, Skarmory is meant to wall physical opponents, and its pretty darn good at it. Keep that in mind and Skarmory will serve you well.

To be continued

This character limit man, sometimes it be a burden

Special Walls:

These Pokemon are designed to take special hits, but can also take physical hits under the right circumstances

enter image description here
Rotom-W@Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 hp 16 sp atk 240 sp def
Calm Nature
-Thunder wave/Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
-Volt Switch/Discharge
-Hydro Pump
-Pain Split

Rotom-W is a rather versatile pokmon, surprising considering its rather bland stats and average movepool. Among the defensive roles it can perform is that of a special wall. Base 107 sp def is pretty good, but it is its typing and ability, leaving Rotom-W wather with one weakness, an immunity and five awesome resistances, that make it a very useful defensive mon. Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp and Toxic all provide great status ailments, each with their own benefit. Paralyis is always useful in cripplings speed reliant Pokemon and helping the slower members of the team, while will-o-wisp can hinder physical attackers as well as provide Rotom-W with some physically defensive merit. Toxic is good for opposing walls. Volt Switch and Discharge have similar power and provide some utility. Volt Switch can procide a free switch in for a team mate, while discharge can both hit hard and paralyze. Hydro Pump is Rotom-W's best Water STAB, and is highly powerful. Thanks to Rotom's naturally low HP stat, Pain Slipt provides a good means of recovery.

  • Politoed: Politoed is one of the prominate special attackers nowadays, as it is a requirement for the nearly omnipresent rain. Rotom-W can stomach those fearsome rain boosted hydro pumps, cares little for that ice and fighting coverage, and can even handle an HP Grass before shocking the frog with Electric STAB.

  • Rotom-W: Defensive Rotom-W can stomach most attacks from offensive Rotom-W, and retaliate with status or Volt Switch out, causing good damage in the process, to something that can pummel the offensive washing machine.

  • Keldeo: Similar to Politoed, Keldeo is a highly common special water type famous for its powerful blows. Rotom can stomach most attacks, though Secret Sword may hurt, and retaliate with Electric STAB or cripple it with paralysis.

  • Heatran: Now some of the Pokemon listed above may be able to stand some chance against Rotom-W, but not this guy. Outside of the rare and measely HP grass, Heatran can't do jack to our favorite appliance, as it resists Fire and Ice, is immune to Ground, and can break to the god of the Earth's core with a Hydro Pump

  • Starmie: Another common water type attacker whose reign is cut short by our washer friend, either by a ruining paralysis or a destructive electric shock

  • Volcarona: Although Volcarona may be able to take a hydro pump after a quiver dance and heal with roost/rest, hydro pump still leaves a dent, and more importantly, paralyis or toxic will severely hinder the moth. Rotom also resists Fire type moves, HP water, Hp ice, and Hurricane, but one must watch out for Giga Drain,

You'll notice that Rotom-W is one of the best rain checks out there, and as such, one may use Rotom solely for this task. One may also opt for more offensive presence, but for that its better to use a fully offensive set. Thunderbolt and Thunder provide more power if thats your thing, but the list STABs have useful secodary effects, though Thunder may be used like a Rain discharge. As great as Rotom is, it still has issues. Many sweepers, especially those not weak to its STABs and apathetic to Status such as Refresh Latias and Chestoresters can typically set up in Rotom's face. Celebi, Ferrothorn, Venusaur and Breloom can also terminate washy with their supereffective Grass STAB, with all of them also being able to set up on it as it switches out. Rotom's success may also be its downfall, as many special sweepers it would otherwise wall now often carry HP Grass, or Giga Drain in Volcarona's case. Don't let this discourage you though. If you want a reliable special wall with a great defensive typing that also packs a punch and can check rain quite well, then look no further the Rotom-Wash.

One of my faves :D

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
Nature: Careful
EVs: 144 HP/188 Def/176 Sp. Def

~ Rest
~ Curse
~ Body Slam
~ Earthquake/Crunch

by
Snorlax = Tank =/
This does seem more tankish, but snorlax has enormous potential as a physical wall
Yeah… more of special wall
Sorry, typo

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Thunder Wave/Toxic
- Attract
- Water Pulse/Seismic Toss

My personal choice of a blissey. T-wave and toxic just causes madness and T-wave works great with attract since nobody bothers to use female Pokemon. :P
Water pulse and seismic toss are just taunted moves, go with water pulse if you're feeling trolly.

by
Oh god, I just realizes this is a similar set to Jars. Sorry! Though this relies off HP tanking.
Sorry, but attract just isn't reliable enough to really use
If theres a bunch of females on the opponent team then yes, but attract is like having a extra layer of paralysis on top of t-wave just further immobilizing them and making you untouchable.

I like Umbreon, and this is my set:

Umbreon @ Leftovers (Mental herb is better is you can get it)
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 Def/148 SpD/108 Spe
Jolly nature (+Speed -SpA)

Foul Play: Get rid of those annoying physical attackers
Moonlight: Heal 50% max health on the spot
Attract: They won't be able to hurt you too often
Toxic: Obvioulsy

I know many people who see this will question the speed buff, but it's there so that you have a chance at slower Pokemon, to intoxicate them, before the can damage you too much, or to get the heal before they KO you.
