Can my infernape learn sky uppercut and blaze kick in Pokemon platinum??

Only one of those moves can be learnt, and that's Blaze Kick.

To get this move you have to breed with a male Hitmonlee and Blaziken, with the move in their moveset. (Hitmonlee learns it at Level 41, and Blaziken learns at Level 36, so have fun training). Thankfully, your in luck since Hitmonlee is always male, and Blaziken is a 7 in 8 chance that it would be male, like all starter Pokemon and their evolutionary line.

Breed it with a female Chimchar, Monferno or Infernape, and the resulted offspring should be a Chimchar, Level 1, with Blaze Kick in it's move set. :D

Sky Uppercut cannot be learnt couldn't be learnt by Infernape since it's debut gen. Sorry. :(

Infernape can get Blaze Kick through breeding with Hitmonlee or Blaziken, but it doesn't get Sky Uppercut at all, even in Gen 5.
