Superpower or close combat?

I know that there probably is not any pokemon that can learn both and that they both have the same acurracy and power I just want to know what the better move is

Superpower lowers your attack and defense 1 stage while close combat lowers defense and special defense 1 stage. I like close combat better bescause I would rather not have my attack lowered and I don't care about defense as much as attack and speed.
