Since the type is 'normal' it would do 'normal' damage against everything else lol.
Normal type is the standard - the one with nothing special, nothing particularly bad or good, the jack of all trades but master of none so to speak. So since it has nothing good (super effective) or bad (not very effective) it is just standard against everything - nuetrally effective
