Is a Pokemon with pure power better than a Pokemon with high attack stat?

pure power doubles the Pokemons attack stat but is it better than having a normal but high attack stat?

It depends. On high, what base stat total do you mean? Medicham's base 60 Atk with pure power would be 120. So in most cases, pure power is better, but only Medicham is the fully evolved Pokémon that has it.

yeah thx but i mean like if medicham has modest and Another pokemon with the same base attack stat has it too then the loss is bigger on medicham right?
