Not sure exactly what you mean, but perhaps this tool will help:

If you put in your values on the left and click "calculate individual values" on the right, it will tell you the IVs and it will say what the stats would be at level 100.
Unfortunately the IVs are impossible to determine accurately at such a low level so it may not work that well. If you have rare candies, level it up as much as possible, then it should be more accurate.
