What Pokemon can work well in the 4 weather conditions (Rain, Sand, Sun, Hail)?

Question

I would like to know if there are any Pokemon can be well utilized in the 4 weather conditions and if there are any, what role would soothe them the best.

I would also appreciate it if movesets were added.

Also, this is for the OU tier as you might have already guessed and I was wondering if original sets could be suggested because I would highly appreciate it to be like a suprise factor instead of a cliché set

Among one of my favorite competitive Pokemon. In my opinion it has the perfect blance of bulk, speed, and offensive ability.

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Roost
- Hidden Power [Fire]/Psyshock/Surf

Calm Mind Latias can function any weather, as it is able to endure the residual damage of hail and sandstorm, where it provides key resistances and speed, and take advantage of a coverage power boost in rain and sun. Latias's resistances (Electric, Grass, Water, Fire, Fighting, Psychic and an immunity to Ground) are each helpful to weather teams (electric and grass help out rain for example). The set it also relatively easy to use. Remember: Don't use surf in the Sun, and don't use hidden power fire in rain.

Calm Mind: Improves Latias's already great special attack and special defense. After a couple boosts Latias truly becomes a formidable offensive threat, as former threats, such as Alakazaam, Starmie, and pretty much any Special Scarfer, will have great difficulty handling it, leaving only physical scarfers and the occasional ice shard user with any chance of taking it down, and as with most special attackers, the pink blobs pose issue w/o psyshock or alot of boosts.

Dragon Pulse: Reliable STAB with good coverage that also handles opposing dragons. This will typically be the primary attack,

Roost: Recovery is absolutely needed, so the reliable roost takes the third slot.

HP Fire/Psyshock/Surf: Hidden Power Fire will typically be used in sun, as it is boosted and allows Latias to bypass threats like Ferrothorn, Scizor and Abomasnow lacking ice shard. Psyshock is a great secondary STAB that helps Latias get past Blissey and other special walls. Its also good for handling the fighting types that pose issue for hail and sand teams, though it may be used in any weather. Finally, surf's main target is heatran, and it also can dent tyranitar if sand is not up. It also hits most steel types for good neutral damage, especially in rain, and can hit the potentially threatening Volcarona supereffectively.

You know what I love? Trolling of course. Well duh :D. Ima put a very good rain troller that I went back too yesterday and foudnd I still love it.

Red and blue? Epic fashion sense!

Welcome, to bulky offence in the rain Mk 1. In Gen 5 Dry skin had little use, but now with Drizzle it makes Toxicroak a valid and powerful Pokemon to use provided the weather stays the same. Wanna know the process? Well tough. You're getting it.

As always with sub sweepers, the best thing to do is come in when you know the opponent has to switch out. Thus giving you a free turn to set up a sub. Then the fun begins. physical stallers become utterly useless, as the Defense Boost shrugs of all attacks. really Toxi only needs one boost to start of with. But over time it's ost likely to boost 2 or 3 more times after that. The defense is only a bonus, as the attack boost is what we really want. The powerful Drain Punch it exhibits can KO around half of OU. And doing heavy damage otherwise. Worried about Gengar? fear not!! Sucker Punch not only provides perfect coverage, but eliminates Psychic and Ghost types with Priority! Keep setting up subs, boosting and keeping rain up and all is well!

This set obviously isn't the best as only 2 or 3 moves can be used in each weather condition. However the weaker version of the moves can be used as well. Blizzard can also be used in Hail even though Hail isn't that common anymore.

Weather Ball is the main purpose of this. Thundur can abuse rain, and stuff.

Dugtrio is only a staple on weather teams because it can help win the weather war. Though it has trouble with Politoed, It can 2HKO Tyranitar and has an 87.5% chance to OHKO Ninetales after Stealth Rock.

Dugtrio gets the common Edgequake combo for great coverage and EQ is Dugs best move as it is the STAB of choice. Sucker Punch is for nailing weak Ghosts, except Gengar (because of Levitate). Reversal actually gets T-Tar on the lone hit, but that's if your health drops. Memento could be used over Reversal to give your team more momentum.

Just to make it clear, Dug works on any weather team (Hail, not really) because it helps you make sure you keep up your own weather.
