Its quite easy actually. All you have to do is send it into a battle where weather is in effect. The weather are Sun, Hail, and Rain and turns castform into a Fire type in the sun, a Ice type in the Hail, and a Water type in the Rain. But it only stays transform inside the battle as long as the weather is going on.
