What's with the time?

I want to evolve my gligar into gliscor but it never appears to be night.

Night/Day in Gen V depends on the current time on your DS/3DS as well as the ingame season. Here is a list;

Spring ;
5:00 AM-9:59 AM (Morning)
10:00 AM-4:59 PM (Day)
5:00 PM-7:59 PM (Evening)
8:00 PM-4:59 AM (Night)

Summer
4:00 AM-8:59 AM (Morning)
9:00 AM-6:59 PM (Day)
7:00 PM-8:59 PM (Evening)
9:00 PM-3:59 AM (Night)

Autumn
6:00 AM-9:59 AM (Morning)
10:00 AM-5:59 PM (Day)
6:00 PM-7:59 PM (Evening)
8:00 PM-5:59 AM (Night)

Winter
7:00 AM-10:59 AM (Morning)
11:00 AM-4:59 PM (Day)
5:00 PM-6:59 PM (Evening)
7:00 PM-6:59 AM (Night)

You can just simply change your DS time to the correlating time to be night. =)
Also remember you can't just simply level up. You have to be holding a razor fang to evolve into Gliscor!

The time in the game always matches the time on your DS' clock.

The game considers night to begin a 7, 8, or 9 PM depending on the season in the game. So you can just change your DS' time to 9 PM or over and it will be night.

Level up your Gligar while it holds a Razor Fang during the night and it'll evolve.

Black and White 2 does still have night time, but exactly when that is depends on what season you are in. Since it is currently August, I assume your game is in Winter, so night time is 19:00 - 06:59. (7pm - 6.59 am). So get your Gligar to hold a Razor Fang and level it up between these times and it should evolve.

Thats imposible it cant be day twenty-four seven. You must not be playing it at night. But if you are, then you must not be playing it late enough. Try playing it at 8:30 or 9:00. If that dos not work and its past 9:45, then their must be a glitch. Hope I helped.
