If I duplicate a Pokemon in my silver version, and it has hidden power already in it's moveset, will it have the same type and power(same IV's as the duplicated Pokemon)?
Yes since Hidden Power type is determined by the Pokemon characteristics, if you make a exact copy then it will have the same type of Hidden Power.
