What are the IV combinations for all base 70 hidden power types that have minimal attack IVs?

With the advent of Foul Play, it is ideal for Special Attackers, especially those weak to Dark type attacks, to run zero attack IVs. What are the IVs a special attacker should run in order to gain a base 70 hidden power and avoid as much damage from Foul Play as possible?

Instead of giving you every combination, I'll give you each type with minimal attack IVs and maximal IVs in other stats.

Fire- 31/2/31/30/31/30
Water- 31/3/31/30/31/30
Electric- 31/3/31/30/31/31
Grass- 31/2/31/30/31/31
Ice- 31/3/31/31/31/30
Fighting- 31/2/30/30/30/30
Poison- 31/2/30/30/30/31
Ground- 31/2/31/30/30/31

Source- On the PO teambuilder, I selected the Hidden Power of choice, and gave it the lowest amount of EVs while still maintaining a 70 base power.
