Are TMs only used once in Soul Silver?

Question

In Pokemon Soul Silver, if you have 1 TM, can it only be used once? Or can you use it over and over again, like in Black/White 2?

As a result, TMs can only be used once, and once a TM is used and a move is taught to an eligible Pokemon, you won't be able to use it again.

You can only use it once, although you can buy ones like Fire Blast, Blizzard, and Thunder at the department store in Goldenrod. This trend stops at B/W, where you can use a TM as much as you want.

1 use per tm in all games but b/w/b2/w2! If you have 1 of a tm, thats 1 use, if you have 8 of a tm, thats 8 uses. So, use tm's wisely. I hope this helps! -Jellohamster
