Help with the nature of my Snivy?

Question

I have a Quiet natured Snivy which increases its Sp. Attack but decreases it's Speed, how can I work around this? Should it learn most Sp. Attack moves?

Personally I would do what you said and make sure it learns Special type moves.
I would also give it lots of Carbos. so it helps with the lowered speed.
