Your question isn't really specific. Nevertheless, I'll answer. If she is not showing you the picture of Zorua, you are either talking to the wrong girl or you are playing B2 or W2. In the Black and White sequels, she doesn't show you a picture.

I'm on black 1 and in the  game freak building on the ground floor there is a girl talking to a silent boy but wene I talk to her she said castelia city is so big that I feel dizzy.even I can get lost!
