Is there a way to make it easier to find Pokemon in Hidden Grottos in Black 2?

I need a Multiscale Dragonite and Drizzle Politoed for my team - but they are both (Dragonite and Poliwhirl) only found rarely in Grottos.

Is there a way I can speed up this process? And how often do these Grottos 'refresh'?

The contents of the Hidden Grottoes are random, and if they are empty, for each 256 steps, they have a 5% chance to regenerate, usually with different content than what was inside on the previous visit.

So just walk around lots, and I'm sure you'll find what you need. Source
