Well, it depends. Unless your going up against any specific type, you'd probably want a type in your party that you don't have already. Dragonite has good stats, and he can learn good moves depending on what move set you have for him. Rhydon has really good hp, defense, and attack, but its specials and speed are SUPER low. Then again, if your looking for a Pokemon that has lots of hp, then choose a lapras. If I were you, I'd look at the stats of the Pokemon I already have (in pc too) and see which stats are the highest. Good luck with your team, and I hope this helps!!

I would recommend Aerodactyl or Dragonite, as both Pokemon give you a way of flight, Give you type coverage, and are very powerful.

I do believe you could use a Ground/Rock type Rhydon with Earthquake, Rockslide, Body Slam and one of your choice.
You could also be in use of a Ghost type maybe Gengar with Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Shadow Punch, and Shadow Ball. Only my opinion.
Best you should go for is a main Psychic Alakazam with Psychic, Recover, and Hidden Power. Hypno Psychic, Shadow Ball, Brick Break/Calm Mind, and Hypnosis, Jynx with Ice Beam, Sing, Body Slam, Psychic.
If you wanna go strict ground Sandslash with Toxic, Earthquake, Rockslide, and Hyper Beam.
I also agree with Neon with Dragonite he needs Dragon Claw, Blizzard, and Hyper Beam at least.

Based on your Pokemon and the assumption that you are striving for diversity. Here are some of my recommodations:
1) Crobat - Poison/Flying - VERY fast! and has attack to back it up. it's typing covers two possible voids.

2) Nidoqueen - Poison/Ground - Nidoqueen has a huge movepool and your team has a lot of power so why not have a defensive Pokemon to create some balance

3) Dragonite - Dragon/Flying - Enough said

4) Aerodactyl - Rock/Flying - Complex typing and very fast plus it can hit hard getting STAB from attacks like Rock Slide and Aerial Ace.

5) Sandslash - Ground- The typing of your team seems to resemble Blue's Champion team from Pokémon Yellow and on his team was a Sandslash , Sandslash adds some bulk to the party and goes well if it knows Sandstorm as Sandshrew/Sandslash's ability is Sand Veil which raises envision by 20% in a sandstorm
